SierTeK supports the Case Management Control System (CMCS) to  assists in the planning, execution, and management of the US Air Force Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. CMCS provides management information, financial, the administrative budget, and departmental financial support. CMCS is a legacy IT system that operates on an IBM mainframe computer located in the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) at the Naval Inventory Control Point in Mechanicsburg PA.

SierTeK provides quality application programming, analysis, maintenance and documentation support to the AFLCMC/WFRZ (AFSAC) CMCS.  SierTeK utilizes comprehensive System Engineering Processes, in conjunction with the CMCS PMO and DISA, to effectively maintain and sustain a system with the intricacy of CMCS. These processes include decision analysis and resolution, integrated Project Management, organizational process definition and focus, organizational training, product integration, requirements and change request analysis and development, risk management, technical solution generation, and validation and verification.  SierTeK provides application and system programming support for CMCS maintenance in IBI FOCUS 7.6.13, IBM Assembler, Common Business-Oriented Language (COBOL), Restructured EXtended eXecutor (REXX), Job Control Language (JCL), and JCS Data to support both sustainment and enhancement initiatives.
