Siertek provides a full range of IT support services to components of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) including the AFLCMC/EN (Engineering Directorate), /WL (Mobility Directorate), /WN (Agile Combat Systems), /XZ and /IN (Flight Viability) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Siertek’s services include consolidated service desk, network operations and maintenance, total asset visibility, server operation and maintenance, desktop support, information assurance, network security and end-user training. 

 

Siertek uses Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) to meet the communications needs of stakeholders and to satisfy goals for performance measurement and reporting. This capability has allowed us to align performance reporting for operations, incidents and service requests, as well as provide an interface for other Service Management activities such as Change, Problem, Configuration, Release, Service Level and IT Service Continuity Management.
